TRACK
Tracks ensure smooth vertical operation of sectional doors by directing the panels along a predefined path. They maintain alignment during opening/closing, minimizing friction and mechanical stress .
Tracks are designed with anti-intrusion protection (e.g., side seals and L continued profiles) to prevent accidental entrapment of fingers or objects between panels and the track structure .
Adjustable tracks accommodate varying ceiling heights and installation spaces, with up to 100 mm of vertical adjustment to fit different architectural layouts .
Made from galvanized steel with polyurethane coatings, tracks resist rust and environmental wear, ensuring durability in harsh weather conditions .
Tracks work in tandem with torsion or extension spring systems to balance the door’s weight, reducing motor load and enabling stable, energy-efficient operation

Available Operation
Standard Lift
Common in residential settings, these tracks consist of vertial and horizontal sections and are suitable for most home with standard ceiling heights.
High Lift
Designed for garage doors with higher ceilings, these tracks extend the vertical lift, providing more headroom and clearance for taller vehicles or storage.
Vertical Lift
Used in commercial applications, these tracks guide the door straight up, keeping along with the wall and maximizing ceiling space.
Low Headroom Tracks (Rear Spring)
Ideal for garages with limited ceiling height, it is a modified version of the standard lift system.
